October 4, 2004 -- Kingston Communications has appointed Suzette Bouzane-Meadows as head of Contact Centre Solutions. Bouzane-Meadows will lead a new team created to build on existing strengths and determine and execute Kingstons contact centre product strategy.

The new Contact Centre Solutions team within Kingstons Business Services unit presents a single, customer-focused team offering full support from cost effective, manageable voice calls through to building state of the art contact centres and everything in between.     It combines product management and sales specialists with technical development expertise.

Along with Kingston Communications Contact Centres Ltd, (formerly Kingston InContact) which delivers recruitment, training, advisory and outsourcing services, Kingston now offers an unrivalled portfolio of support for contact centres.

Kingston is well-established within the contact centre arena, boasting high profile customers including Dixon Motors and Admiral Insurance, said Bouzane-Meadows. By bringing together the vast pool of expertise within the business, we can offer strategic support and guidance to contact centres, as well as developing our services to match their needs.

Bouzane-Meadows joined Kingston from Nortel Networks, where she spent 13 years. Initially based in Canada, she moved to the UK where she was responsible for introducing Nortel Networks Symposium call centre server into Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). She ultimately assumed global product management responsibility for Symposium.

Kingstons contact centre offerings include the provision of dialler and management software for outbound call centres, intelligent call routing, managed either from Kingstons network or via equipment on customers sites, through to sophisticated multi-site virtual contact centres to multi-media contact with customers.

Sally Fuller, director of lines of business at Kingston, said: Suzette is an extremely experienced contact centre specialist, well respected in the industry. Having worked with many different contact centres of varying sizes and different vertical industries around the world, she brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the team.
